GBBD: Flowers Galore

african moon and pansy
Dimorphotheca aurantiaca 'African Moon' and Pansy

I know I've said it before but this month I have the most blooms out of all the months I have participated so far. There are tons and a few in bud. If all the daylilies were blooming I would have so much more.

Thank you to Carol from May Dreams Gardens for putting together Garden Bloggers Bloom Day. Make sure to check out her page and all the wonderful garden bloggers that participated this month.

Wow! So many lovely pictures - I've really enjoyed them all! And that Morning Glory - it's unbelievably beautiful! Did you sow it from seed?
Happy GBBDay! /Katarina

You do have alot of photos and plants. I like the picture of the knotweed best. Don't like the plant but the pic is super great!

Wow! That morning glory really is stunning. Around here it grows like a weed and I'm forever pulling it up lest it strangle my tomato plants. But that, that's a thing of beauty.

Your photos are beautiful, and I'm thinking that the background color sets them off to perfection.

Wow those are great pictures, I can never do good close-up. I like the Dianthus, I never seen that color

Vanillalotus, once again you amaze us with what you can do with a containerized garden - so many delicately lovely flowers!

I especially loved the way you led us through the colors by arranging the individual flower photos according to color and intensity. I've read that the poet Celia Thaxter did something like this with arrangements of annual Shirley poppies for her artist friends.

I'm always amazed thinking about all you grow in containers. Beautiful blooms and a lot of variety, too.

Thanks for joining in for bloom day!

I have the Armeria maritima, but that A. formosa is such a beauty

Beautiful pictures. Especially the Armeria formosa, which looks like it could be the cover of a botanical text book.
